On Friday, we’ll be setting up the large and small halls.

Large Hall set-up can start around 12:30pm after students and parents are off the school grounds. Take the Bar Box and Bar Items out before tables are setup in front of storage room doors.

Small Hall set-up will start around 1:30- 2:00 pm after we help Stephanie move the Book Faire Racks, rolled to the Main Building Library.

Mark Duguid will move the “Big Red” Trailer into the Schoolyard to be unloaded, containing decorations and supplies for the Event.

Please coordinate with Barry Bucket on all the movement of beverages, bar items and bar supplies, he will want things coordinated, not haphazard unpacking.
